RESPIRATORY THERAPY:

At Dynamiks we specialize in Aggressive Chest Percussion Therapy (CPT) for patients with chronic respiratory disorders. Our care plan is geared towards reverting the advancement of the disease. HOMEMAKER / COMPANION SERVICES

Our caregivers provide assistance with household maintenance and domestic duties such as light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, laundry & linen changes, and escorting to appointments.

 

HOME-HEALTH AIDE OR CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

Caregivers are able to provide more personal care. They provide assistance with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, bathing & dressing, bathroom assistance & incontinent care plus transfers from bed to chair, prescribed exercises, and supervision of self-administered medication.

 

CHECK IN SERVICE

This is a low cost alternative to traditional home care service. Our Check-In Service provides phone contact with you or your loved one on a regular schedule; in addition we conduct in-home welfare checks to assess living conditions to provide peace of mind for friends and family. Our clients enjoy the visits and look forward to the regular contact from our staff. 

 

LIVE-IN CARE

Skilled professional care providers are available for Live-In Care. Ideal for clients recovering from a surgical procedure or as a short-term caregiver when family is out of town, a Live-In caregiver is available to assist you and insure your safety and comfort. These caregivers can even accompany you on a short vacation to visit relatives and provide valuable assistance as you travel.

 

PRIVATE DUTY NURSING

Our licensed professionals provide individualized service at home or in hospital, including complete patient assessment, home safety assessments, nutrition planning assistance, geriatric depression screening, medication compliance monitoring, and patient and family training.

 

CASE MANAGEMENT

The case manager provides a comprehensive, multidiscipline approach to patient care. We can assist with coordination of medical services, evaluation of the care plan, and the planning and management of allied health services.  Our staff has extensive experience in all phases of the care of geriatric patients; we educate patients and their families on care options to ensure the very best medical outcomes. ASSISTANCE WITH INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT

Our staff assists clients with filing insurance claims to minimize their out of pocket expenses. Patients may opt to pay our invoices while we assist them in obtaining reimbursement from their insurance company. Some individuals prefer to file an Assignment of Benefits form authorizing their insurer to pay Dynamiks Health Care directly.
